For CA LunaNode . You can attach/detach block storage. HDD $0.03/GB/mo, and SSD atm only in Toronto $0.06/GB/mo. Worth giving them a try.

I have been using InMotionHosting for shared hosting since 2016. They have been very good, almost great. Their phone support is superb.
I moved to InMotionHosting just after Arvixe was bought by EIG and then damaged beyond all recognition.
-> Avoid EIG. If you are looking for shared hosting or anything else, avoid purchasing from any EIG company. Do a web search for "list of EIG companies". EIG hides behind nearly 80 different company names and brands. They buy a successful hosting provider, take over its infrastructure, fire everyone at the former company within months of completing the acquisition, and then EIG coasts on the brand name's former reputation while driving it into the ground.
