IPv6 VMs in Germany / United States | Ryzen 9 | DDR4 ECC | ZFS NVMe
Hi there!
It's been a while since my last post but I'm happy to announce that I'm currently working on the largest update to v6Node so far
Not to take too much away but besides many UI/UX improvements and other new features, there will be a new networking mode as well.
Besides IPv6 only and Shared IPv4, you'll also be able to set up a dedicated IPv4 for your Nodes.
You can switch between the different modes as needed.
The dedicated IPv4 will probably be available as a paid add-on but will be priced very reasonably.
More on that later.
Besides Germany, v6Node is now also available in Ogden, US with a similar hardware setup
You can pay using Credit/ Debit cards, Apple/ Google Pay, SOFORT, iDEAL and Bancontact
All offers are recurring.
Available while stock lasts
Node 4GB
- 2 Cores / 4 GB ECC DDR4 RAM / 40GB NVMe / 8 TB traffic
- Dedicated /64 IPv6 + NAT
36€ /year instead of 72€
Node 8GB
- 4 Cores / 8 GB ECC DDR4 RAM / 80GB NVMe / 16 TB traffic
- Dedicated /64 IPv6 + NAT
60€ /year instead of 120€

Hello v3ng, can you provide the looking glass of US node?
Sure, this one is hosted by the upstream provider
https://ogd-lg.webnx.com
never had a problem with the germany node.
i love the control panel, nice provider.
Thank you for your kind words!
any chance to restock node S in US
Here is the Node 4GB's yabs resault.

Not at the moment, sorry!
Do you have API?
Not yet, but it will be the next feature after the implementation of Dedicated IPv4
Nice
Please provide German lookings.
what is your CPU RAM usage policy? 100%?
What is the price of Dedicated IPv4? 1€ /month?
http://fsn.icmp.hetzner.com
All German nodes will be relocated to Frankfurt am Main later this year as Hetzner does not allow bringing your own IP ranges
But more on that later
20% sustained CPU usage is allowed per core
RAM can be allocated 100%
Dedicated IPv4 will be priced between 1€ - 1.5€ /mon, I haven't decided yet.
20€ for dedicated CPU? 80€ instead of 60€ per year for the 8GB node sounds like a nice deal.
Looks like typo, @v3ng mentioned in first post 20% cpu usage
any low end offer like 1core 2g or 0.5core 1g?
Node 2GB
- 1 Core / 2 GB ECC DDR4 RAM / 20GB NVMe / 8 TB traffic
- Dedicated /64 IPv6 + NAT
19€ /year instead of 36€
Code: MININODE
I only got 4TB bandwidth, can you fix it? Node ID:E7CtTOiF9DhDMt
Yabs looks great! Any plan for Black Friday?
Hi,
Sorry for that, but you can ignore the traffic stats for now, I fixed it already in the current git branch but I can't merge it before the networking update which will arrive early/-mid next month.
But no worries, your Node still has 8TB assigned, it just shows the wrong value.
Yep there will be a blackfriday special, if all goes well there will be a new location in Frankfurt as well + Dedicated IPv4
Let me know what you'd like to see for Black Friday
4 and 16GB Ram special offers
Double credit "top up and get same value"
what else... maybe other can add.
Storage offers are planned but will most likely take a few more months as I want to integrate internal networking first
Singapore launch.
Any test IP in Frankfurt?
Not yet, I’m still considering several datacenters.
I’ll share more details in a few weeks
Every provider should have a "chat over coffee" addon.
The datacenter will most likely be Maincubes, one of the best datacenter in Frankfurt
Copy of the mail going out later today:
Dear v6Node users,
You might have noticed that your Nodes have been unreachable for about 5 minutes earlier today.
What happened?
Our monitoring reported that the NAT64/DNS64 dns server used for IPv6-only Nodes became unreachable as the upstream provider discontinued its service.
This resulted in DNS lookup errors as the configured DNS was not responding to requests anymore.
In order to set a new DNS to restore the network connectivity we decided to reboot the Nodes so that cloud-init could reconfigure the DNS server to a new one.
This also allowed us to reboot our servers to apply the latest kernel updates.
What will change?
To reduce the dependency on external services and increase reliability we will start deploying our own NAT64/DNS64 servers in the coming days.
There will be two separate servers in each region for redundancy.
If you have any questions feel free to reply to this mail.
Thank you for your understanding
Some discount on node 1GB could be great.
Datacenter will be Telehouse Frankfurt with AS47447 as upstream

Hello, I am realy intrested in your offer, have couple of question please:
Thank you verry much @v3ng and have a great week end.
