works fine with fastest VPN, I used it before.
petco and credit, gogle, etc all worked fine (unless the blocking needs anything beyond visiting the website to tell, like a sign in or something, just opening them worked fine)
They also have "streaming" vpn so I assume this would work for netflix based on the name.
Please note, Fastest VPN is a piece of shit, I don't necessarily recommend them, but at least you now have something on the bottom of your list. their support sucks, and they remove some locations randomly. But hey, it is insanely cheap (60-90ish or so lifetime) and you still get more than what you pay for, even with the problems I explained. specially if you need is US location it should be plenty. My complaints are mainly about locations different than US
Better find a Chinese provider and they'll meet your requirements.
