  There are some things that force me to use vim to modify config files and such. And you could be right that if I used it more I would like it better, but I normally use a text editor on Linux like nano or vim when I want to make a small test modification to a program I am building and nano works well enough to find a spot in a few hundred/thousand lines of code and quickly modify it.

  I was paying $80/month (recently increased to $95/month) for 1.2Gbps down / 35Mbps up with Comcast. Sonic is $30/month for 10Gbps down / 10Gbps up. They advertise it as "up to 10Gbps" just because most customers don't actually have hardware that can hit 10Gbps speeds. It's not available in my area yet, but they're taking preorders and expect to roll out in the next few months. I'm excited!

  10Gbps on one device probably isn't too useful, but being able to get full 1Gbps or 2.5Gbps internet speeds on multiple devices at the same time is very useful!
