It depends what kind of VPN. If nothing fancy, pptp should do, it works with many proprietary OSes which already have support included.

Steps:
apt-get install git git clone https://[email protected]/droidzone/openvpn_installer.git bash openvpn_installer/openvpn-install.shAt the end, you get a .zip and .tar.bz2 file which contain openvpn config files for use on any *nix or Windows client.

With this tutorial you won't need to create new user certificates for every user but simply add/remove local user accounts (PAM authentication system).
