You could use MxRoute for transactional emails, but the product is marketed as mail hosting not a transactional mail provider so the outgoing mail limit isn't really suitable for anything other low volume stuff.

You can maybe use a virtual card service like https://paywithmoon.com to pay for services via cryptocurrency. I'm not affiliated with them, use their service at your own risk, but I have used them once or twice in the past.
