I need to colocate a 4U Broadberry 490s machine (depth larger, than usual, about 110cm) on an unmetered 1 Gbps link. The total power maybe around 1.5 kW.

5 AMP is not going to happen in the current market situation for 300 euro with 4U and the bandwidth. Colocation is the cheap component currently :-)
