Hi! i'm in need of 3 servers. each with 4+ GB of ram, one IPv4, and 2 cores (so 4 vcores with hyperthreading)
I have a budget of 10$ per server. I need 2 of them in the EU, and 1 of them in the US.
These servers will be used to host a web infrastructure, so 4+TB of traffic would be necessary.

Try checking out Genesis if you want cheap cores but don't care if they are shared or not. They are treated as cores since they disables Intel's Hyperthreading as an extra measure against Meltdown and other Intel's hardware vulnerabilities.
Now that is a deal.
Genesis looks interesting, though their 2 core plans start at 22$, which is double the price. aside from that it looks good since they use very capable CPUs
