Budget and location ?
I'd recommend you to at least state your budget and location preference, if you have one.
There are a number of providers around here with good and responsive customer support.
We have in Los Angeles , we can upgrade to 150 GB for free

Does not match the disk specification, but quality-wise, I recommend @LittleCreek. Only had one problem with them and the ticket was replied in less than 40 minutes with the solution. https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/181412/starting-at-13-95-year-kvm-virtualizor-nvme-24-7-support#latest
I'm a customer for more than a year and half now, pretty satisfied.
Looks like they don't support windows, added the requirement for windows support in the main post.
Looking for something a bit cheaper, don't need premium location like LA
littlecreekhosting allows you to attach custom images to the control panel.
Allow Windows vs support Windows is 2 different things. I don't personally know how to get Windows working on my system but others have done it so I know it can be done. But I cannot help with it.
windows os, works fine on your server, i installed it and all is well
@alwyzon @PHP_Friends @Avoro
I vouch for @LittleCreek their support its the best also cheap prices.
Unfortunately littlecreek does not work, they do not have a desktop version.
Any other recommendations? At a loss at this point.
Don't know if they support windows or not but you can ask them
