You're phrasing it as a sacrifice while you're indeed asking for a quite big ram capacity for a VPS...
It is hard to find sth that matches all your criteria for that price, you have to be a bit more reasonable/flexible, aka "get away" (to quote you) with less/sacrifice a bit more.
Only Netcup on discounted annual offers come close to your price.
