how to do a netcup transfer?

Hi

I have a question for those who transferred a netcup RS/VPS before.

When you choose change of owner, you are given a code.

Is the receiver supposed to contact support with this code? or is there an automated way in the panel?

    You're supposed to give that code to the receiver.
    That person can enter it within their control panel to adopt the server.

    oh gotcha, under products, there is "Change of ownership" on the top right.
