looking for NAT singapore VPS

Friends, I want to buy a Singapore NAT VPS, the lower the configuration, the better, the best annual payment is less than 10 US dollars, it is best to have it in stock, any recommendations?

    Probably whplus. I haven't tried them though. I did some research and found they limit the download speed to only 20 Mbps even with a bandwidth limit.

    Yes, it's a dealbreaker even if the latency is low.

    It doesn't hurt to ask as sometimes customers don't pay and they might become available again.
