okay-ish vps for compiling kernels

    You have the PRO badge on your github(https://github.com/otus9051), considering that you can't afford a VPS, my best guess is you're signed up to Github Education.

    Github Edu, offers 100$ per year on Azure(renewable), 100$ on DO(non-renewable).

    yet, why do you either need to buy one/ or have someone sponsor you?
