Our system is using MaxMind anti-fraud system. Maybe you're not using your real data, including the real IP address.
But I use my resident proxy in my house. Does your system have issues?

No, our system doesn't have issues, but we had a lot of frauds and chargebacks and we decided to not allow orders from proxies or VPNs. The name, address and IP address needs to be real.
