I got EPYCSJC-3 on 12th September 2022 as the MO location was unavailable. Their sales team did not tell me that it will be restocked in 2 days. They told me it will be restocked in 1-2 months.
Since GCV does not allow the change of location on promotional plans, I want a new owner for this VPS. I have paid $20 for 3 months, but I am asking for $15. The renewal date is 12th December 2022. There is no transfer fee.
We all know that GCV EPYC VPS are badass when it comes to performance. Bench scores are excellent.

Why not ask for a refund as per X days monty back and at the end of the day it’s the issue at the beginning?
It's a promo plan, so it's not eligible for refund.
I've got one of these EPYCSJC-3 VPSes and would definitely recommend it!
Sometimes a provider can have unexpected stock (e.g. due to cancellations, new hardware arriving early, etc). I don't think they intentionally misled you.
For promo plans, they do not allow change of location or refund. I have not asked about account credit. But I think they might not even do account credit if they do not entertain the change of location.
Their VPSes are really good, but I wanted the MO location. If none is interested in this transfer offer, I will just waste my $20. That's fine.
A big lesson for me: Have patient and do not hurry
I am not blaming them. It's my fault. I should have waited.
Dont waste. Transfer me for test purpose. I never test nvme or epyc. Unfortunately i have around 22$ and need 1gb vps for years. But i will buy a coffee for you.

Mod can close it as I found a new owner for this VPS at lowendspirit and it has been transferred.
