France mirror has been added to the website -:)
How much BW do you need for a mirror?
As much as you can provide I do not know the exact number since it's only been online for a few days now
I have a few idleing vps with 500GB-1TB. But that might be to less right?
I don't think that's enough xD, already used 250GB on the first server in a few days
I won't be doing anything with the website for the upcoming 2 days (going to my girlfriend who lives on the other side of NL...)
PM's etc will be replied to when i get back
@joodle debian-6.0-amd64-minimal.tar.gz not found.
OK people we have two days to ddos that shit!
Haha no, don't do that. Have fun with the ladie(s) @joodle

How about a rsync from your mirror to the other mirrors?

I wont be online for another few days, im in the hospital. Dont know what i have yet
I'm back home! My medication didn't go well together with alcohol
No shit, Sherlock.
Hope all is well now.
I'm still having a bit of pain in my stomache, but i got some "love" this morning from my girlfriend so yeah :P
Some practical suggestions:
cache the md5 results as pointed by @joelgm.
Generating md5 hash everytime one requests for it is really taxing you can get DoS'ed very easily by just hitting f5 contnuesly on the md5 result page of the KVM ISO pack. It would also be benificial for the users, even just a little, as they get instant result rather than having to wait for a few seconds.
Instead of(or in addition to if you want to keep it that way) having the packs as a one tar.gz file just make it a .txt that can be fetched with "wget -i" that way you can save some HDD space and be able to make more packs, eg. windows pack, linux pack, debian pack. saves the trouble of having to un-tar too from the user perspective.
Still looking for a mirror in the Asia region
tar couldnt extract the 12 GB file in esxi 5.1. i read on somewhere in the net that tar cant extract bigger than 8 gb. any thoughts ?
Extracting the 12GB pack works fine here using tar -xvf filename.tar.gz
If that doesn't work, please try using 7zip, that should work
The list was getting a bit too long, so i added paging
10 Templates/ISO's are now displayed per page
VMTemplate.net is now sponsored by MaxCDN who provides VMTemplate with a worldwide CDN. MaxCDN is now the only mirror on the list because it's fast anywhere in the world
Thanks for all the providers who offered me a mirror!
We'd be happy to mirror, feel free to get in touch.
Windows ISO's had to be removed, got an email from Microsoft Anti Piracy Investigator...
VMTemplate.net is going pretty good, about 60GB worth of templates have been downloaded within 12 hours
Should update Debian 7 iso to 7.2.
Has been added to the list now
