Kimsufi offer very generous disk space for low price
Of course it depends on your personal requirements and preferences, but also keep in mind that usually in the 10 EUR range a VDS (virtual server with dedicated ressources) will most likely give significantly more bang for your bucks and outperfom every bare metal server in that price range because costly electricity can be shared more efficiently.
Then there are also SBCs like RPIServers.com.
What about a VDS?
Kimsufi, Oneprovider, BUT I would suggest you to go with something a little bit more expensive like SoYouStart/Hetzner and then divide dedi with your friend. You will get a lot better value and performance, because you will have like 4x-8x faster CPU (for example Atom on Kimsufi vs Xeon D on So You Start) and even if you divide it and both of you will use 100% of your half then its still faster than having whole Atom CPU.
You can also go with Hetzner AX41, divide it by 3 people. Everyone gets equal resources. 4 super fast threads, 21GB of ram! And it will be around 11euro for each person (higher with tax, depends on country). You wont get dedi with 21GB of RAM at 11 euro.
If they wont use CPU + RAM 100% 24/7 then you can even set it as 6 threads + 24-32GB of RAM for each person. Amazing specs for 11 euro right?
But only do it with friends, not random people, as you will be responsible for what is hosted on server or what is sent from server.
Serverhub: https://www.serverhub.com/
And where do you have dedi for 10 euro?
That ServerHub dude is just straight up spamming.
But I guess he is paying for that privilege.
If he keeps it up, that would be a bad decision...

I get that he is trying to make his moneys worth, but damn.
