Hong Kong vps I purchased had a bad experience. I request a cancellation, the merchant cancels and removes the service, no refund. There is no refund service for work order consultation. While not a customer since a few months, I've been using Virtono for years.
They've always acted decent and professionally in tickets, so some more info on this is for sure needed.

Virtono have covertly changed specification on active services, they decrease bandwidth from 2T to 1T in 'SSD 1G' offer.

I think the problem here is that the OP thought he ordered a young Chinese chick but when he received a sick Romanian rooster that only survived for 2 weeks he wants his money back.
The chicken didn't take off.
What do you except for a $2.81 HongKong VPS paid by Paypal...
If you live in Mainland China you have to pay 10 times more for the route, otherwise you can't find any HongKong provider who can give you a direct route.
Whatever the provider said in TOS can refund without any reason, they should keep the word. $2.81 is not a large sum, a good lesson to pay. Refund OP then change the TOS, the best way for the business.
I also have 2 services in Singapore and Japan in his house, and have made a paypal dispute over the service in Hong Kong, they have no integrity Their service is regrettable

My case was even worse. I paid for a whole year for €27.96 EUR, and I was not satisfied and make a cancellation in the next day.
After a night of communication, virtono made various reasons not to give me a refund. I said that I can remove the number of days I have used, and remove it Alipay's handling fee, just return the rest to me, they still refuse.
