Is this only for new orders or existing servers are also getting this hike?

It seems this is only for US Eco (which has only launched recently), no pricing changes have been applied to World at the moment https://eco.ovhcloud.com. If they were going to up the prices, they have to give 30 days notice as per contract so it is likely only new orders on US Eco.
