Their Storage VPS does count IN + OUT traffic.I was confused by the terms and bought one.

I'm sure that my payment has been completed because I transfered it at midnight. Yes, the vps already appears in control panel, however I wonder why my traffic IN: xx MB and out >0. I haven't logged into it yet.

Ah ok, it sounds reasonable because I also see somethings were written on hard disk even I haven't logged in to server yet. Normally I didn't watch these metrics but bert mentioned about traffic so... Thanks @JabJab
It can't be true after 3+ hours and still "update". Now IN traffic xxx MB, out ...kb.
I still do nothing with this vps, no point domain, no login. If this continues, I lost about 1 GB traffic per day even the vps isn't used.
I have few of ryzen/epic servers for 5 months, zero issue so far
