According to GreenCloud's DC page, it's Leaseweb Hong Kong. I can download test files from them just fine.

No complaints in Kansas City. Been monitoring reachability via NodePing for 70 days with 99.997% on IPv4 and 100% on IPv6.
SJC is brand new, but looks great so far.
