No RAID on the hostnode. We keep backups for every single VPS whenever possible and minimum once a month for FREE with weekly or daily upgrade option. The backup server is RAID-5 protected running on Proxmox Backup Server OS.

We had zero drive failure since 2016 and just recently replaced our previous Samsung 4.0 NVMe with the new PRO version NVMe.

We will keep replacing drives based on their wearout and S.M.A.R.T Values.

Well it'd be fair to add a little note on your offers about your YOLO/No RAID nodes.

You have had no drive failure or you keep backups isn't enough reason to build nodes with 1 "consumer grade" NVMe.

  • Have a LXC 6gb with them, super reliable and fastest vps I've ever used. Just note that you can't slam the full CPU even with the KVM plans I think? Other than that, great deal might pick another one up myself.

Interesting that your net speeds are so much worse in the bench monster compared to the YABS. The YABS results are similar to mine 2 months ago.

Sorry for delay. The issue has been resolved.

Ticket response time was less than 1 hour and 20 minutes if I am not wrong.

It always depends on the workload.

Those results actually don't represent our network speed at all.

I'd recommend test against multiple speedtest.net servers & locations to get the exact speed of your bandwidth.

Each of our hostnode has 1 Gbps uplink and the total bandwidth in the rack is 10 Gbps. Our bandwidth doesn't come cheap and not overly oversold as you can see in our offers. Everyone should have a very good speed and a stable connection.

Ah yeah, my point was that the monster bench results seemed much too low compared to what I've experienced and his YABS done around the same time.

I was interested in ping too, i curently have a LET provider VPS that gives me super network across the world (VPS in USA and very very high loading speeds across the whole world) same price but i have a little less performance at the same price.
