virmach no refund

I bought a vps in virmach on 4th April 2022. But it hasn't shipped to me until July and it's still pending. I chosen 1. Full Refund & Cancellation.But still no progress after a month and no one replying to me.
Virmach refund as soon as possible.

    I spent $40.00 USD. Since virmach is newly opened in the Tokyo area, i gave it a try.

    Wow, long time. Did they managed to deliver the Black Friday 2021 deals?

    P.S. I think some hosts do pay for posts on LET, this is a reason why some providers do have every week posts (example of posts: oh, I opened ticked and had no response after 15 seconds - 30 mins, I accidentally purchased service and don’t know what to do, I have preordered non refundable service and had no refunds - suddenly hosts replied and sort out the issue including 3-6 months of free services as compensation), so one way or another get attention.

    At first it was 1month, then three months, then it became 2 years . It keeps stalling, so I want a refund.

    Common sense: if provider is failed to deliver the order / preorder in specified time frame and now can’t be bothered to respond - chargeback for such lovely providers is must initiated unless customer wish to wait several years.

    Now I'm curious, when did you put in the refund ticket? I know they've done more than a couple rounds of refunds.
