You keep using this word "disrupt" but I do not think it means what you think it means. Precisely nothing has been disrupted. There is no active thread about his pump and dump operation, only his current status with regards to a legal issue which is not known to be related.
Sad to see your opinion and preference is worth more to you than facts and logic. I stated observed and verified facts. If you value your own word, you'd not dispute that.
