So I purchased 2 servers:

Instantly after payment confirmation, before I even got the server, it got marked as fraud, so I contacted support via Live Chat, they told me the reason for the detection etc, I then shook it off and asked for a refund, as I hadn't even received my server so I felt like I was entitled.

The LC told me to create a ticket, which I did:

And I am still waiting for the refund to be provided.

From my limited experience, I can honestly say, avoid them, I've never once been marked as fraud, especially when using cryptocurrency to pay, and sure, false positives can occur, amongst other things, but holding my money without a response isn't at all, trustworthy.

  • It only makes sense that an order marked as "fraud" is immediately refunded.
    Now I don't know if its because its LTC as payment or something like that, but it makes sense that they refund ASAP.

  • Apeweb is TRASH, u stabile. Keep away from them

  • The fact that they have been online here multiple times a day, and yet refuse to chime in - definitely puts them in the shitty list.

    For now, unless anything changes (and I doubt it will) - I'd say avoid dealing with them to all new customers, and to the old ones - backup and run.

    Yeah - I've had so many instances of my WHMCS appearing as not licensed even though it is. I've migrated my WHMCS instance multiple times and this still occurs. Kind of stupid...

  • Warning!! this hosting is totally SCAM dont order from them all you will recive is nothing. i payed my inovice with crypto i waited like 5 hours. then i opened ticket to support. next morning my tickets and inovice were gone for no reason.

  • I have used them for 6 months or more. Just faced the following issues

    1) VPS data went and they compensated me for 6 months of free VPS
    2) The services go down rarely like 2 or 3 times a month

    Other than these, no issue. You can use them as they provide service for sure.

    During my service period with them, they used to respond within 1 hour. But now, when I want to purchase again, I tried to reset the password with them, and it is not working.

    So I sent an email to [email protected] on Jun 28th 2022, and it is still pending a reply from them.

    Seems like they have an issue with email.

    Edit: I just checked; I got an email saying the email I sent got failed. I will try reaching them again.

    Ask them why your order is marked as fraud? I understand if it was payment by card and you are used someone else card? Crypto is not bypass the screening check but it’s still more safe for providers.
