Those email are from Mxroute and has smaller disk space & price.
For example, Mxroute black friday deal is 10GB for $25. The above email hosting is 4GB for $12.
They also support crypto payment.
Funny thing is, getting rid of low priced monthly services (aka requiring 3 months for the lowest tier, charging $25/m for the next tier) is better than any other anti-fraud registration system out there.
