Looking for a cheap UK server
Hello,
I have been with RapidSwitch for a little while now and they have recently changed there prices which I dont blame them for doing currently. But I am just wondering if anyone knows of anywhere else that offers Dedicated Servers for around £20-£25 a month?
The current spec I have with RapidSwitch is:
- Intel Xeon E3-1230
- 16GB Memory
- 120Gb SSD
- 500GB SATA HDD 7200rpm
Does anyone know of any UK dedicated server or UK VDS Servers that are around £20-£25 a month?
This is currently out of interest to see what is about currently but may lead to me changing providers if it works out better.

@lsmithx2 your current server if it is at that price range will be very hard to beat. Unless you have serious issues, I'd stick with it.
you could look at easyspace. They use IOMART and have pre built ones pretty cheap, but yours looks cheap enough already.

Unfortunately that was during our summer sale, that server has returned back to its regular pricing.
Ah that's a shame that was the sort of deal I was after. And the other one which is close to my existing spec is already out of stock. I will defiantly keep you in mind if I decide to change.
Do you allow transfer of services? I have the Enhance-01 which I've just renewed, but will no longer have a use for it soon, I'd rather transfer it to @lsmithx2 than cancel it (if it's possible of course!).
Yes, we do allow the transfer of services.
Just open a billing ticket with the email you'd like the service transferred to and @lsmithx2 would need to open a ticket confirming the transfer.

Is this for a pay monthly server? as currently cannot afford to pay for whole year upfront. as i am just starting up my business. Sorry if this sounds strange have never transferred a service so dont know how it works in terms of payment or anything.
