@VirMach Really, this is a crazy migration, I have three vps with you and I could not connect it during 10 days. Solusvm control panel can not control it for anything, my tickets don't have any response. Im feeling so bad with your service

    Which nodes are you on?

    SEAZ009, LAXA031 and LAXA014

LAXA031 is working. Not sure about the other nodes.

    @VirMach
My VPS on LAXA031 is offline again.
I cannot access via VNC or SSH.
Actually it even does not respond pings.

    The troubleshoot returns

If you contact support, provide debug data:

    Service online: offline
    Operating System: linux-ubuntu-20.04-x86_64-minimal-latest-v2

I see no such button? Old Control panel or VPS one. Nothing like that.

    It's under "Switch IP"

Sorry, once again - no such button

I did notice on https://billing.virmach.com/serverstatus.php that they are finally showing my node of DALZ009

Hope this is a good sign.

Is Ubuntu 16 installed with the billing control panel or with the solusvm?
I was using Debian 9 and it has arrived the end of life last month.
So, I tried to install Ubuntu 20.04 whose eol is 2030.
I installed Ubuntu 20.04 from solus, but it did not work.
Then I tried to reinstall with the billing control panel (which has a limited re-install times).
Then I lost my connection to the VPS with neither ssh nor VNC.
The IP did not respond ping, and the VNC returns 1006 error.

    Hey @VirMach

I submitted a ticket days ago. No reply. I also have been watching the service outage page every single day. Not once has my node DALZ009 been listed, So that also means you should not charge me for the ticket.

Anyway, I can VNC into the machine, but the networking is not connecting to the outside internet.

I already did "Fix Networking" twice. I had no special settings, previously, so I should not need to do any editing of files to change EN01 to EN whatever.

My service is running, but it is not contactable unless I use your web-based HTML5 VNC client or my own, which doesn't use the same IP as the server.

This happened to me when they migrated my NYC server (which I didnt know was happening and didnt see any notification). I was able to access my server via the virmach VNC client but can't access it via RDP. The server also did not have any network connections with the outside internet. I tried the troubleshoot button which then led me to the reconfigure network button but it did not resolve the problem. I put in a ticket which never received a response. BUT the issue itself was fixed after about 2-3 days. Ticket was never answered and showed awaiting tech review. Since the issue was resolved I ended up closing the ticket myself.

So only guess is keep checking to see if it's fixed. but I feel like tix arent gonna get answered, it'll get fixed when they get around to your server

iperf send speeds averaged 200-300 Mbits/sec, but Recv Speeds were horrible. 11.3- 14.7 Mbits/sec. CPU value never even registered.

Following this thread and saw several mentions of LAXA031 being up and running. My VPS on that node is unable to boot however. I'm hoping that the data is still available for VirMach to attempt to migrate again.
