Hi folks:
I'm looking for a cheap dedi in USA (anywhere in US).
Budget: 20 USD/mo
CPU: 2 CPU cores or more
Memory: 4GB+
Storage: 500GB+ HDD or 200GB+ SSD
Bandwidth: At least 3TB traffic on 100Mbps+ port
IPv4: /29 block
IPv6: nice to have
Better with IPMI access
anyone with any recommandations?

I don't know whether they will assign more than 1 IP, but one interesting, if a bit weird, option in this price range is RPI Servers.
you do get 5 IP addresses with WSI, but you have to configure the server yourself. By default it's deployed with 1 IP configured. just 2 months ago most of their servers are for 10gbps/200TB but they changed it to 1gbs/unlimited. Luckily existing servers keep their 10gbps connection.
