  just checked. now you cannot add any domain without paying a plan.

  You can also check mail.ru - but they are a bit overloaded with ads. They offer many free mailbox domains (BTW. they are all based on the .ru zone)

  I can still add new domains to my old account. You can not create a new free business account.

  So the quick and working solution is you add your domain to one of your existing 360 Admin Accounts instead of creating a new yandex account in before.

  Nah, that's Gmail's job. But then again Gmail doesn't handle email for domains. So different product.
