I have smallest box from PulsedMedia since 2021-Nov.
It's Debian 8 that is @eol and no BBR.
Their newer servers have Debian 11 though.
Network often has congestion, but they can adjust routes when you open a ticket with MTR both ways.
When not congested, I can stream H264 1080p content smoothly.
It was possible to see other user's processes, so that I can assess whether my resource usage might affect others.
However, the garden fence was built higher sometime ago so that I can only see my own processes now.
Bottom of the barrel for a seedbox but the price matches so whatever. Support gets their feelings hurt pretty easily as you can see from the amount of drama threads about them.
If price is your only factor, go for it.
