I also can't understand why I'm on that list
To be honest, it's hard to find such a cheap service in Asia with this configuration, either the budget is twice as much as it is possible or the region is changed to the US or the EU.

Even if you manage to find a provider offering such low prices there are no assurances when it comes to reliability and customer services.

OVH will require to provide ID to validate a customer, some customers form Asia don’t like this idea.
We don't really have an "abuse list" - please open a ticket describing in detail the problem you had and we can resolve it for you.
Did you just ask them? You filed chargeback/dispute in the past?
I sent a ticket but no one replied
ovh requires id to be provided, I tried to authenticate but failed
