Also one question: this is a 4 core CPU, and you get half of that. Is that actually the case, or is the CPU shared with other users? In that case how many would that be?

CPU is shared on these VPS plans. We have 3 nodes in Germany Average CPU is free 80% all times. Should not be an issue anytime.
If I order one more (I have one from the testing thread), can I ask the the VM to be provisioned on a different node?
