Hetzner invoice calculation is based on your account invoice date. The machine never expired, unless the invoice is generated but you did not pay the invoice.
The new user you transfer this server to will pay for 1st June to 6th June, if you transfer today, so if you plan on transferring at a good price I suggest you do it asap.
This is a lucky draw server, normally you only get 2TB.
Just to confirm, the payment for this server is overdue and you are asking a potential buyer to pay 34 EUR to you and paying your backlog since June 1st to Hetzner?
It's an open market but I think it would sound less greedy if paying someone else's debts would be credited/discounted instead of extra charged.

It's the ex VAT price, the same as it is on their website today.

But assume that it is just this server only with lucky provisioned with 6TB instead 2TB. So price would be just 34€ as net (40.46€/1.19 = exactly 34€) so sure u r correct
Turn off the fucking VAT if you want to see the prices without VAT.
