@VirMach Tokyo Storage will it be over in June? or 2023 years ? Any updates ?
NYC Metro recreations. Around 6 of these still need further work. Around 100 rebooted/ISO fixed, port fixed. 0 of them required recreation.
My VirMach 4T server has 15 days to expire. Do I continue to renew or wait for the Tokyo Storage server ?

If anyone ordered these anything but annually I'd recommend you create a ticket for a refund. This wasn't the original intention but I noticed people did do that and were left in a similar situation as yours. No update on storage or else I'd provide it.
(edit) I might actually go through them and mass process refunds after these recreations, for monthly storage.
When will migration to Tokyo be open again, I hope it will be a migration and not a refund

When will all those paid migration stuck VMs active? It's like stuck forever! I don't dare to send ticket, I don't dare to apply for refund, I don't even dare to speak in LET forum, since when have us customers become so cautious? Why can't you prioritize the problems that can be solved quickly and like paid migration? What do you lose by manually helping to activate it, it takes the same time as you to reply to a ticket anyway! What is your workflow like?

I have one Windows VPS on Buffalo node which include windows license from host node.
What will happen to the windows VPS if you are moving Buffalo nodes to NYC Metro?

@Virmach The VPS in LAXA010 cannot be powered on.I have tried reinstalling the system many times.I even migrated many times using ryzen update.But it still cannot be powered.I cannot connect it by VNC too. So,I need to create a ticket? Or,can you check the LAXA010 to repair it?
