    Until today, my server probably in SJ002 is still being locked or can not
    migrate to other nodes. Since It has been down for over the third week by now, I hope you can fix the problem ASAP or at least assist me to migrate to other working nodes.

    VirMach will not be able to identify your VPS from your post(s). I recommend to open a ticket in the appropriate department. (If necessary, you should close all other tickets and open a ticket in the priority support)

    I just checked your ticket because I was curious to see why you you were excluded from the Ryzen Migrate function. But ... you weren't. The button is right there and available. Are you trying to use it and then it says check tomorrow or whatever and you're then coming here and saying you can't do it?

    As for the paid migration, I don't know why you're creating a ticket to report that issue, you're around here enough saying the same message over and over, you didn't see others already reported it and that your initial question was already answered?

    I avoid pressing it so that the current server in ColonCrossing Atlanta does not become a 97% packet loss monster or get stuck altogether.

    What is intentional locking? Can you explain it? Shouldn't users of (MIGRATION SPECIALS) give priority to migration? If they don't have priority, is migration specials just a sales gimmick?

    If migration does not complete, and your old service is still online, please check the network status page for updates. Please do not contact us.
    You may of course continue to use the immediate option #3 above if you wish to move sooner, and if your data is not important.

    I do not expect the same problems to be seen on Miami servers as are seen in some Tokyo and San Jose servers. As soon as Miami opens I'll move one of mine there and let you check it out before you move yours so there will be no surprises for you.

    Thanks for your reply, sir. Sorry for my ambitious descriptions, I mean the Ryzen Migration doesn't work on my side. Yes, it shows the button on my Pannel, but every time I clicked it (no matter which node I will choose ) it responded with the error message saying 'We failed to submit the request. Please try again tomorrow.' I have never created the tickets regarding the issues by now because I really appreciated your service and I know you are busy those days, but if it is necessary please let me know.

    Buying pre-sale Tokyo now must be a brain problem. Phoenix and Los Angeles are better than Tokyo. Just spend 3 dollars to migrate.

  • @VirMach any update about SEAZ004? I am not even sure my vps is in that node. All I know is that it was on SEAZ001 and when it went down,moved to another node.

  • There's nothing wrong with virmach, it's the world's fault. Even if he can't poop it's a matter of gravity. Don't blame him. If you are not satisfied with anything, please look for the problem from yourself or other places.

  • I have a machine in Phoenix, and the Ryzen Upgrade always prompts: We failed to submit the request. Please try again tomorrow.
    Is this restricted or something else, please help me check.
