LET is a VPS forum where the members try to help each other out. Some of us provide LowEndSupport to try and resolve various issues. LAXA007 is not down so maybe we can suggest a few things to try and get you going, which may or may not work. Of course you can wait on VirMach support if you wish. It's up to you.

For now, JP nodes can be a bit unstable due to some Abusers, and migration to JP will remain stopped until VirMach has dealt with them.

Well if it was me and I wanted to try and get a deal like that in Tokyo, I would not push him now when there is no space. I would wait until the racks were full of servers and he had extra space to fill anyway.
