When was the last time you check your web-page? There is nothing about serious problems you are facing. Even in client-area was nothing about problems with AMS-nodes at the time when I opened my ticket (yet my vps was already a week down).
I know it is difficult situation, and I do not blame you for hw-problems. But let's face the fact: from PR-point of view this is complete disaster. Exemplary example how not to do it...
