    Hi everyone!

I have a site hosted with Proxim.Cloud, but today it went down while displaying this:

Same goes from Proxim.Cloud's own site.

Does anyone have any clue or direct contact to the owners/support that I can reach?

I believe we may have spoken today regarding the issues you experienced, if I am mistaken, please do email me on the above email or open a ticket please.

    Thanks,
    Ben.

    Hi all,

Thanks for tagging me in this @raindog308

I can very much confirm we are not dead and are still operational. We had some minor difficulties over the last two days with providers and with the added bonus of me having some personal health issues didn't mix very well. We will be spending time over the next week to ensure incidents like this do not repeat and will be implementing fall-back solutions.

I wanted to apologize for any issues or confusion caused to the community and most importantly our valued clients. Following from this, anybody who was affected by the recent issues please do email me: [email protected] or open a ticket on our billing site: https://proxim.cloud/billing/submitticket.php and I would love to offer my personal sincere apologies and offer some compensation.

    Thank you very much,
    Ben.
    ProximCloud.

There seems to be a problem with the free WHMCS license you got as a part of the reseller plan from Host4Geeks. It can't be verified on WHMCS's website.

It’s alright mate, no-one on LET knows who you are (except that one guy), don’t feel the need to explain yourself.

Bumping this up because the same sequence of events seems to have repeated now in 2024.
I have been using this service (shared hosting at $1.5/month) since March 2021 continuously, although mostly idling with a few html pages and regular trial installs of Softaculous packages.

The website shows Page Suspended since 4 weeks or so (Oct 15, 2024)
I tried emailing @ProximCloud Ben ([email protected]), but the email bounced.

I have waited almost 4 weeks before posting this (mainly because the account was idling).

There is obviously no way to use the control panel / WHMCS / etc to get in touch with Ben.

The server and SSH are working, but that's no fun if the main product I am paying for (cPanel) isn't working. It seems to have been a reseller of a bigger host (host4geeks.com? Global Managed Hosting Inc?)

Edit: SSH is now blocked, I guess all the configurations applied by Proxim.cloud as the reseller on all its shared accounts are gone too. It seems to be finished.

Anyone else in the same boat?

    Sounds like a french guy.
