We are experiencing an unexpected network interruption in our USW1 Data Center. This may cause disruption to our VPS, VDS and Dedicated Server customers located in Seattle. Once we will find out the reason, we will provide an update.
Please follow the updates here and don’t contact our support regarding this issue as we are all focused on identifying the problem. Next update will be published at 12:00 CEST.

They have have emails support,it is about 1 hour now.
