Sir, OVH has many upload limits depending on the service you purchased. It is also not unheard of for services to have a greater bandwidth allocation than advertised.
Then I got to say I am lucky as my network bandwidth is supposed to be 250 Mbps but it looks like mine has been connected to 10 Gbps.

OVH has had limits on UDP per source IP for about 10 or so years. TCP tests won't show it.

1 out of 3 I’ve had came with 1gbps instead of 250mbps.
I am the only lucky one to get the advertised specs and speeds. Nothing more. Nothing less.
