Is it possible to get a cheaper IP block then announce to my dedi?
Is it possible to get a cheaper IP block and then announce it to my dedi? Dedispec and other prices at 12-14 per month for a /29, is there a way to get the IP from another cheaper place and use it in my server?
OVH's IP is freaking cheap compared to others.
Thanks

If you want to bring your own IP's for your provider to announce you would need to get a minimum /24 (256 IPs). Unless your use case requires that many, then no it would not be cheaper.
Apart from renting a /24, some people get cheap IPs from ovh then gre tunnel.
This is a route that i am trying to achieve, any guide or keyword that I can Google for?
The keyword for gre tunnels is, you guessed it, gre tunnels.
Anyway, a past guide on LET: https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/156850/howto-tunnel-ddos-protected-ovh-ip-to-vms-in-other-datacenter
The best deal is to rent a /24 to announce it for your dedi... but it will always depend on the provider.
Use IPv6.
At first glance, this is not my option, because my ISP prioritizes ipv6 much lower than ipv4, I often only get 1/10 of my network speed if I request ipv6 from my provider, but now I just discovered that a service called FLET's ipv6 service, I can get almost full speed by utilizing it, so it an option now. Thanks
