I think RackNerd is still the best choices over there. Although their hardware may not compete some recent providers here but still really good and their customer support are excellent. I have opened ~5 tickets and they replied me blazing fast. I only have to wait ~2 min for the ticket to be processed even when you bought a very cheap plan. And their tos is much more resonable than others (some other providers are so strict at their tos that you can't even do anything with your vps (cpu, disk iops limits too strict)). Best provider - RackNerd
