and oci which is “free” but a few weeks ago they accidentally reclaimed ip’s from active VMs on free tier
considering virginia ovh because bandwidth
but then again, maxkvm could end up elsewhere and still exist but i’m not sure if they’re colo’ing their own equipment or leasing hive’s bare metal. there’s plenty of other dc’s around here
