I just want to leave my feedback how this company handle abuse complaints, even single, no legit complaint! it is really pissing off me - I have to spend many days to restore everything!
I attached the screenshot on this ticket with them. It seems not letting to attach here, anyway I quoted mine and their staff answers below:

"Bohdan,
Forward my ticket to your manager.
What many abuse complaints?? I saw only one, by stupid angry company which is envy for my domain name which is similar to their name in the first three letters. Is it a reason to delete ALL my data on this vps which has many services installed except this website??
I will definitely share this on Lowendtalk how your company handles abuse complaints and your work too! Who will pay me for many hours and days to restore everything on this vps now??"
The answer from their staff which was after their "unsuspended"(deleted) my vps:
"Hello,
FYI, so many abuse complaints register on your account so we suspended you from our end. Now your server has been unsuspended.

Support Technician"
It's good to see that RackNerd are so proactive in keeping their services running smoothly by terminating abusers of the network and nodes - that's a really good thing IMO.
Hi @Andylowendtalk -- Thank You for being our valued customer. I am personally very involved within the company as well, and am familiar with your ticket (it is also actively being addressed/discussed internally on our company Slack channel). Furthermore, I am familiar with your account personally, and do thank you for your continued business (and for ordering multiple services with us) over the past few years.
The technician that did handle your ticket will be further trained and disciplined on our abuse handling procedures. We generally do not immediately suspend or interrupt services for abuse, unless it is a major abuse issue (of course we might, depending on the severity and nature of the abuse claim). Generally speaking, we try to be flexible in this regard as we also understand sometimes our customers have end-users that they are working with as well, so we tend to provide 24 hours to provide a response before we resort to interrupting/suspending services.
One thing I wanted to point out is, we're also human beings on the other end of the line here, we're not perfect and can make mistakes, but ones like this, I agree should not be happening, and I'll be reaching out to you personally to ensure we do everything within our power to help and to restore your faith with RackNerd. I do see you have had active services with us for ~3 years and counting now, so I do hope you can reasonably notice that the handling of this particular ticket is not indicative of the typical handling here at RackNerd (as I see during the course of these ~3 years you've been with us, you've had a dozen other support tickets created with us, which were all handled promptly and correctly). Once again, please accept my apologies for this one-off mishandling -- which will be addressed with the technician accordingly.
