Phoenix, AZ. Mostly because I'm biased and live here but the more services we have here, the better our infrastructure becomes!

in compare to select it on US location, it will be better to add Asia, since alot of Asia market is growing
If GTHost only wants to do business in US region, then it's fine. But if ever wants to support other regions, you'd better start supporting ASIA region and EURO region first. So I vote Singapore, Japan and Hong Kong.
We are thinking about Tokyo, HK and Singapore.

Personally I would say the coasts and the somewhere central would cover majority of the US.
If want to OverKill it. Then I would hit Maine, Washington, California, Miami, Dallas, Chicago.

Because Dallas isn't so far from Houston.
On average its around a ~6ms ping difference between the 2 cities.
