  • Will I get ipv6 on tokyo 37 node?

I think you can add the ipv6 progress on https://virmach.com/ryzen-special-offer-news-updates/

Finally, IPv6 will be supported on all nodes so we will be able to wait B)

@tototo said: @FrankZ The latest version of netboot.xyz is compatible with Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. (It was released a dozen hours ago!) So you should be able to install it directly following this.
This is taken on Dallas CC node but it should also work on a Ryzen node.

    yum clean all.
    Cleaning repos
    yum update.
    Determining fastest mirrors
906 packages excluded due to repository priority protections
    updating netboot.xyz

    I've now been updated.
    Thanks :sunglasses:

SJCZ003 It's been almost a week since I could use it. My ticket is also closed, have any update please?

update:I changed to the Seattle node and everything seems to be back to normal

Last I heard about SJCZ003 is:

@VirMach said: Well yesterday I said today, and it's already technically tomorrow, so I wouldn't trust me if I were you.

So we will have to wait for a VirMach update on this.

EDIT: Glad to see you worked it out.

Yes, I consulted him yesterday and he replied today, but today node 03 is still not restored, so I manually migrated to node 04, but lost 2T of broadband usage for this

Add an order or invoice number to your post to help VirMach find your VPS and I expect he will correct this as 1GB of transfer is a bit tough to work with.

Ticket #995335, 1G is really hard to imagine. I hope he can solve it soon.

He already posted a ticket number (not an order or invoice number) and VirMach most likely aware of the problem on SJ node, but there're too many scheduled tasks...

@ VirMach Hello, I lost 2T of broadband usage when I migrated from SJCZ003 node to SJCZ004 node, can you help me recover it? Ticket #995335

  • @ito said: My bandwidth has also become 1TB, I hope he can fix this problem as soon as possible

1TB is different then the 1GB @Adair is showing. If you are not really going to use the bandwidth, I personally would not open any tickets about this and wait until the dust settles in a month or so. Hey, but that is only a suggestion.

Maybe I am wrong, but I see it going one of two ways.

Post a problem that you have here in this thread with an order or invoice number so that VirMach can id your VPS, tag VirMach, and DO NOT open a ticket unless VirMach tells you to.

    or

Open a ticket about your problem and DO NOT post the ticket number here in this thread and tag VirMach, as it just makes it harder for VirMach to find the problems that should be dealt with here.

That is just my 2 cents.

EDIT: Maybe our excessive tagging of VirMach when we do not really need him to look at our comment could also slow down his responses to the people in need.

This was reported to our developer and he's tasked with resolving this issue and correcting bandwidth amounts.

@Adair said: Likewise, you can provide the ticket number for @virmach to quickly resolve

This is false information, giving ticket ID or making ticket will not speed up the resolution process in any way.

We should probably share some music that VirMach can listen to when he is fixing all the issues...

  • @VirMach Am I allowed to migrate my vm from node LAKVM16 to Tokyo?

  • It seems that TYOC038 has disk issue?
I have one on TYOC038 up and running. Everything seems okay except for port speed. Seems to be throttled down to 500Mbps and burst speed is 300Mbps at peak time. I'm talking about traffic from/to CloudFront/Cloudflare Tokyo local CDN.
