Well yesterday I said today, and it's already technically tomorrow, so I wouldn't trust me if I were you.
Well, I believe you, and hope to recover tomorrow
@VirMach Looks like the migration system accidentally added an additional IPv4 address to my VPS. Now I have 2 IPv4 addresses. Can you remove the additional one ending with 129 (invoice 1400514)?
Removed, thanks for letting us know, we've doubled your bandwidth! And your RAM! Reboot for it to take effect. Anyone else please do not report this problem, we're aware now and we'll go through and take back our IPv4's at an undetermined time.
That's very generous of you. Thank you, boss!
@VirMach Looks like the migration system accidentally added an additional IPv4 address to my VPS(i selected wrong migrated area LA). Now I have 2 IPv4 addresses. Can you remove the additional one starting with 172.98 (invoice 1400531)?
puts on glasses and looking for errors
Please help me double my bandwidth! And my RAM!
@VirMach
There are a lot ARP packets cause 500kbps inbound traffic on Tokyo node.
In other words, 5G bandwidth per day or 150G per month.
This may be true, but do ARP packets show as counting against you transfer allotment in the billing panel? If so, with the huge transfer allotment VirMach has given us for an Asia VPS is this really something that is going to bother you that much?
--
Buy a second VPS just like the first one and you will have double the cores, double the RAM, double the disk space, and double the transfer allotment, at double the price.

But no, these can not be stacked.
After migrating from 40 node to 30 node, the server information screen shows Virtual server not found, but the migrated node and IP information are displayed normally in the control panel, please confirm.

why you change jp order due date again and again without notication ?
why you sell pre-order whth delivary so long ?
why you always break what you promised to activate?
why delivary date change again and again whithout a exact ending date ?
Want me to change back the due date?
answer my 4 questions . do you distract attention or threaten people ??
It's not offline after migrated from node 38 to 30, but my payment date has been advanced ten days. Anyway, it's online. 😂
New due date is the year 3000, anything sooner isn't a due date, it's an estimate.
So people could order it sooner before it goes out of stock. This would of course be their choice to make, as they would surely understand that it's a pre-order with an estimated delivery date and there's a possibility that the last 10% at least could potentially take longer.
Promises were never made, only estimates were provided for transparency, which you would call "notifications" but according to you, we kept doing this again and again without notification. So that means we never changed it again and again as they were clearly without notification. No one was notified, so it wasn't changed since I have been quiet according to you.
Exact date, year 3000. If you don't like it cancel and apply for a refund now. I promise I won't change it, there you go, there's a promise. If it happens sooner then I apologize for breaking my promise.
wow ,year 3000 ,so cool, you made the history ,congregations
Excuse me, when will the Amsterdam node be available, if you are not sure, please ignore this question
I want to make this very clear - if you sign up for a Ryzen migration with IP reservation, not immediate migration, and then you create a ticket about it asking for an ETA, I'm removing you from the list. This is a free migration/upgrade offered, we have it automated for a reason, we can't answer individual tickets about it and if this gets bad we'll have to disable the feature as well.
(edit) Sorry if that's random or rude, we've just been getting so many of these and I just got someone who created multiple tickets about it. I'll still try to add in the translations someone kindly provided as well, we just haven't had a chance.
It's all racked and waiting for switch configuration. It was supposed to be done like two days ago but then everything else happened with the maintenance we're required to complete now so it's whenever we finish with that.
I am thinking of migrating my 384MB RAM on TYOC039 to another Tokyo node and testing to reinstall the OS, etc. Would that help VirMach?
(I didn't add
@because I'm not asking for a reply from them)Also no need to announce your preferences for not moving your $3.60 per year service to Tokyo... don't worry, we probably won't.
Yes, right now we need to meet a quota for moving people off as soon as possible.
@VirMach
my service on TYOC037 is offline for 13+days. i can not reinstall, reboot, boot, shutdown, and.. anycontrol through contorl panel.
i had opened tickets but it had no response and were closed. could not reopen that ticket by replying;
related ticket #604660 #351580
please solve this
.
is it not ready tokyo locations yet?
MOAR TICKETS!
Kinda interested when you will get tickets[1] "I have no button I want tokyo" with title "IMPORTANT!!!!" of course
*[1] - on OVZ 128MB 6$ per year from 2019 ofc.
Unmount the ISO you mounted, it's not available. Also consider not spamming commands to the VPS in a short period of time, that should help too.
My favorite is going to be when we get a flood of tickets asking why the button was removed.
Please check Ticket #174416 , This is not a difficult matter, please help me solve it.
Very nice, now I'm getting clickbaited into viewing the same message requesting an activation.
Except the best part is that you were already activated. Why are you making a guest ticket? Log in to your account and go to the services tab. Is that a difficult matter?
@VirMach
one minor request, please update the status date page currently it shows 13'th April
Thanks in advance
Changed to around 18th~ I think that's when I made the last change/update to the locations.
The new node seems to be more stable than 039 (I'm talking about network and disk I/O).
However, the new root password in the mail did not work.
Needless to say, resetting from rescue mode solved the problem.
(edit) I reinstalled Almalinux in the billing panel and root password displayed at that time was fine.
