It was good and running previously without any issues.

The broken one you may be thinking of is a migration from Buffalo to San Jose that was done a while back. Yes it's still broke, but I am not worried about that one.

    View Ticket #497469
My support ticket keeps getting closed, please help me, thanks

This isn't getting unsuspended unless you want to pay for the bandwidth overage, which I assume you don't. Your password was insanely insecure and it caused it to be hacked, and the hacker used peak network port speed for hours (due to bandwidth monitoring being incorrect ....

And as I was writing that it looks like you used the bug in the re-creation script to re-create your suspended service, so we're taking away the script from everyone for now until we patch it and on that note I'm not waiving the bandwidth overage fee.

How much do I have to pay for the excess? OR Will it be back next month? ?

Okay thanks that's all I needed to know, we found the problem. It has to do with this bug that's always been there with either WHMCS or our SolusVM module, we're going to just override it.

@VirMach when will Buffalo, LA and SJ migration begin?

I'm adding a $10 setup fee for Tokyo. This shouldn't affect anyone, and it's not retroactive nor is it permanent, but since we're going to be running simultaneous sales versus non-sales this is the best way to do it right now. Once next batch arrives it'll most likely be lifted.

I clicked migrate Tokyo yesterday, but the panel has no new IP, now I don't want to migrate Tokyo, what if I migrate to another place? The migrate button disappeared

If anything goes wrong it will default to you being migrated to the same or similar location once your node is mass migrated.

If you're stuck in a situation where the VM terminated but nothing created, and you need a working VM immediately, then priority ticket.

Please help me that my RYZEN migration button is missing since the last time I clicked it. How do I fix this problem?

Now if you're eligible to use the button to move without data. With data, you'll receive an email.

    It's not display for everyone.

    @VirMach

Just did a migration to node 29, the button worked flawlessly.

Not sure if these are features though: 1) bandwidth stats got reset after migration; 2) the Ryzen migration button didn't disappear after migration.

I am not going to run a YABS while you are migrating people to this node.
What kind of moron do you think I am? /s
I am going to install my o/s and try to be as quiet as I can so as to not cause any problems for my new neighbors. :sunglasses:

However, I was able to click on migrate Tokyo last time and the panel has an additional IP. machine type is pro+lite

If I don't pay the bandwidth overage fee, I can understand that I will lose the instance, right? Is this what you mean, I used Google Translate, and your answer can only be understood roughly! Thanks!

I expect that that means you are pending migration.
I also expect that VirMach will provision the outstanding pre-order VPS before conducting migrations to Tokyo from other locations. Tokyo to Tokyo as stated by VirMach was just to even out the nodes and debug the migration script. I have a VPS pending migration in another location with an IP also and this is my expectation. Of course nobody really knows the mind of VirMach.

I'm not urging to migrate to Tokyo, on the contrary I kind of regret clicking to migrate to Tokyo, I want to migrate the machine to other places in the US. However, the migrate button disappearing.

    Ok, got it.
The Pro+ LITE I have that I have not tried to migrate still has the button. The one I have pending migration from Buffalo does not have the button any more. This is as I would expect it to be while a migration is already pending.

If you are wanting to cancel your pending migration to Tokyo from another location I don't see anyway to do that.

They're lazy "features." As in we know it'll happen that way and didn't bother coding it out although I do have a list of some high bandwidth users so if those people migrate I reserve the right to tack it back on.

Button not disappearing is because we're not really keeping track of the number of clicks, we don't suspect leaving it there for long so chance for abuse is low.
