Tokyo two additional servers arriving on Tuesday. It looks like even though we had this picked up before the 3:30PM cutoff time, they delayed it from Monday to Tuesday. These should be set up on Wednesday as a result. I'm also still monitoring activity levels on existing Tokyo nodes to see if there's an opportunity to resume some stagger creations.

Strong request for tracking number #1396960 to be transferred out of TYOC040

We're still moving anyone who asks out of TYOC040 and into San Jose temporarily until they want to move back to TYOC040. You'd just need to make a ticket indicating in the title that you want to temporarily move from TYOC040 to San Jose and nothing else, and it should be processed quickly.

Why can't we transfer to these servers of TYOC033.034.037? Other users are transferred from TYOC040 to 033 server, If I can't transfer, I won't say anything in the future, but I'm also the last order, maybe you really don't care about Chinese users

i am on TYOC040 and benching all day everyday. steal is high but IO is still good. what are you talking about?

But I was ok the day before, there has been a problem, and I have posted a picture, but they ignore it,

    how is 700MB/s IO bad?

Unironically, yes. It's much easier for the MySQL database to get overloaded because it's closer to the tipping point, and it can easily be crossed into huge disk wait territory and freeze everything up.

Overdue on payment suspension is incorrect, any time that happens it means it was directly suspended from SolusVM so this is one of those cases where I mentioned you can create a priority support ticket and it looks like you have but it was just looked at and most likely ignored since it didn't have to do with an outage.

    I'll handle this now.

We're caught up to creations til around 03/13 - 03/14 order date. Updating the site now.

We are probably close to 93% created now but I don't have time to run DB queries right now, and that number didn't initially include some people so I've updated the site to 89% which is probably closer to being accurate.
